Responsible Gambling

Last updated: July 10, 2026

We sell research and timing intelligence for sports bettors. We do not sell guaranteed winners, and we want every subscriber to bet within their means. The Picks we send are entertainment and research — not a promise of profit, and not a substitute for self-discipline.

The principles we ask you to bet by

  • Stake what you can afford to lose. If a single bad week would change your rent, mortgage, or relationships, stake less.
  • Never chase losses. Following a bad day with bigger bets is the most reliable way to turn a slump into a crisis.
  • Keep a separate bankroll. Don’t commingle betting money with grocery, bills, or emergency funds.
  • Track everything. Real numbers (wagered, won, lost) over multiple months tell a truer story than your memory does.
  • Skip the slate when nothing qualifies. Our system will sometimes send you a “no play today” email. Honor it. The discipline is the edge.

Warning signs to take seriously

Sports betting can become a problem. Watch for any of these patterns — in yourself or someone close to you:

  • Betting more than planned, or for longer than intended
  • Lying to friends or family about how much you’re betting or losing
  • Borrowing money to bet, or to cover bets
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not betting
  • Chasing losses with bigger bets to “get back to even”
  • Neglecting work, relationships, or responsibilities to bet
  • Betting to escape stress, anxiety, or depression
  • Feeling guilt, shame, or hopelessness about your betting

Self-exclusion

If you want to step away from our Service, email support@aisportsbettingpro.comwith the subject “self-exclude.” We process these requests manually: we’ll help cancel your subscription and stop service emails as promptly as possible. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, and our site does not currently enforce an automated re-subscription block.

Most sportsbooks also offer self-exclusion programs through their responsible-gambling pages. Use those tools too if you need an account-level gambling block.

This service is not for everyone

If sports betting has caused harm in your life, or you’ve been told it has, we’d rather you not subscribe. The math we provide doesn’t fix a betting problem — in some cases it makes it worse, because it gives the next bet a veneer of rigor. Please don’t use the Service as a justification to bet more than you should.

For entertainment purposes only

Picks, timing scores, and conviction multipliers are research and commentary. Past performance does not predict future results. We are not financial advisors. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any money you risk.
